On 22 February, four students from Prem won prizes for their skilful piano playing at the 3rd Friendship Piano Competition hosted by Santi Music school.
Iris from Grade 2 and Karen from Grade 3 each won a bronze prize. Aksel from Grade 5 and Minaki from Grade 9 each won a gold prize. Minaki was only 0.34 points away from the trophy and Aksel only 0.01 point away.
The standard of this competition was equivalent to the standard used in national piano playing competitions.
